毛勒伸缩装置的疲劳研究方法

摘要 以湘潭三大桥为例,针对毛勒伸缩装置纵梁开裂疲劳问题展开分析.运用迈达斯civil建立有限元模型,建立应力时程曲线,模拟车辆冲击荷载作用对模数式伸缩装置所产生的响应进行分析,能够用来预测其使用寿命.同时运用桥梁荷载横向分布的方法对伸缩装置荷载的横向分布进行模拟,与迈达斯模型进行比较分析. Taking the third bridge of Xiangtan as an example,this paper makes an analysis of the fatigue cracking problem of the longitudinal beam of expansion clearance device. Midas civil is used to establish a finite element model and a time-history curve of stress to simulate the response from the impact load of ve- hicle on the expansion clearance device of modular bridge. It can be used to predict the life of expansion joint. Simultaneously, a method for the transverse distribution coefficient of loads is used to simulate the la- treral distribution of the loads of expansion joints and the results are compared with midas civil model.
