美国“最佳医院”开展研究工作情况分析

Analysis of research status of “best hospitals” in the United States

近年来,我国一些军队医院和中医系统基于"研究型大学"的概念提出了建设"研究型医院"的思路。文献查阅结果表明,国际上并没有"研究型医院"的概念,但这并不意味着国外的医院就不开展研究工作。美国"最佳医院"多数也是很好的"研究型医院",从国家卫生研究所(NIH)获得研究资助均排在前列,说明医院开展卓有成效的工作与医院成为"最佳医院"之间有相辅相成的关系。

In recent years, some military hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） hospitals have started discussion on ＂research-oriented hospitals＂ based on the concept of ＂research-oriented universities＂. Literature reviews showed no similar existing concept in developed countries, but it didn＇t imply that hospitals in developed countries didn＇t involve in research efforts. Best hospitals in the United States are also in the top list of hospital-based research programs, which shows that successful research programs have positive impact for hospitals to become best hospitals.
