摘要
企业文化是企业的核心竞争力所在,是企业管理的重要内容。企业文化建设主要包括企业文化理念的形成、企业文化理念的塑造以及企业文化的传播。通过从这3个方面概括安徽江淮汽车公司在运营和发展过程中逐渐积累的企业文化建设的经验,提出江淮汽车公司企业文化建设经验给其他企业带来的启示,即企业文化建设必须为企业发展战略服务、必须发挥员工的主导意识、必须对企业文化进行多元化传播。
The corporate culture is the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the important content of its management. The construction of corporate culture mainly includes the formation and building of the corporate culture concept and the dissemination of corporate culture, by which the experience is accumulated from the process of operation and development of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Company. The enlightenment from the experience of the enterprise can be concluded as follows. Firstly, the construction of corporate culture must meet the needs of the strategies for the development of the enterprise. Secondly, the employees' sense of ownership must be stimulated. At last, the corporate culture must be disseminated in a diversifying way.
