摘要
针对国内心理咨询师培训中存在准入门槛低,专业背景千差万别;偏重理论提升,忽视人格因素;典型的应试教育,讲授为主等问题,建议通过实施分层培养,满足不同水平学员的发展需求;增加个人成长模块,促进心理咨询师的人格完善;突出体验式教学,生成心理咨询师的实践性知识;强化后续培训,保障心理咨询师的可持续发展等策略提高心理咨询师培训的实效性。
Aimed at the problems of low barriers to entry, professional background differences in thousands of ways; emphasis on theoretical promotion, and ignoring the personality factors; typical exam-oriented education, and teacher-based teaching and so on in domestic counselor training, we have several suggestions as following: meeting the development needs of different level students through the implementation of hierarchical culture; increasing personal growth module, perfecting counselors' personality; highlighting the experience teaching to form practical knowledge of counselors; strengthening the follow-up training to ensure the sustainable development strategy and to improve the effectiveness of the counselors training.
