An Empirical Study of Three-dimensional Model of the Growing Environment of Tech-Entrepreneurs

在对技术型企业家的定义、内涵、特征以及形成机制进行研究的基础上,提出了技术型企业家成长环境的三维模型,从一般环境、个人环境、特殊环境三个维度来分析影响技术型企业家成长的主要因素。并以湖南省为例进行实证研究,提出了优化技术型企业家成长环境建设的相应对策。

Based on the definition, connotation, characteristics and formation mechanism of tech-entrepreneurs, the paper puts forward the three-dimensional model of growing environment of tech-entrepreneurs. It analyzes basic elements influencing the growth from the following aspects： the genera] environment, personal environment, special environment. By taking Hunan province as an example for an empirical research, it provides corresponding countermeasures of optimizing the growing environment of tech- entrepreneurs.
