发达国家经济学人才培养机制和模式给后发国家带来了经验启示,后改革时代,经济学专业人才培养需要各个高校根据自身特色和优势进行科学定位。现阶段,我国地方本科院校需要继续加大人才基地建设、人才培养实验区建设以及精品课程和教材体系建设等,进一步健全人才培养体系。

The talent cultivation mechanism and mode for economics of developed countries have brought experience and enlightenment to the developing countries. In the post reform era, eeonomic talent cultivation needs the scientific positioning of various colleges and universities according to their own characteristics and advantages. At the present stage, the local undergraduate universities in China need to further strengthen the construction of talent training base, experiment area, excellent course and teaching material systems to further improve the talent cultivation system.
