摘要
高职院校绩效工资分配是事业单位工资分配中的重要组成部分,建立合理的绩效工资分配方案对于促进高职教育的发展具有十分重要的意义。本文揭示了高职院校绩效工资改革实施中存在的问题并针对问题提出了相应的绩效工资分配对策。
College performance salary allocation is an important part of the wage distribution of institutions, establishing reasonable performance salary allocation scheme has very important significance to promote the development of higher vocational education. This paper reveals the problems in the implementation of the performance salary reformand puts forward some corresponding measuresofperformancesalary allocation.
