Practice and Effect Analysis of Local Government's Implementing Administrative Accountability ——Taking Tongren City as an Example

推行行政问责制是建立责任政府和法治政府对所有权力主体的根本要求,同时也是深化我国行政体制改革,提高政府和公务员执行能力的重要举措。地方政府推行问责制的根本目的就是要规范地方党员干部的权力,确保国家公共权力的正确行使。本文以铜仁市为研究对象,分析了我自推行行政问责实践以来以及取得的效果,为我国行政问责提供实践经验。

The implementation of the administrative accountability system is the basic requirement to establish responsible government and law-based government, it is also important measure to deepen the administrative system reform in our country, improve the executive ability of government and civil servants. The fundamental purpose of local government to implement the accountability system is to regulate thepower oflocalpartymembersand cadres, to ensure theproper exercise of national public authority. Taking Tongren city as an example, this paper analyzes the administrative accountability practices effect in the city to provide practical experience for administrativeaccountability inthe country.
