高职思想政治理论课教师队伍“职业化”建设探析

Duringvocationalization ofhighervocational college students, the ideological and political theorycourse teachingmust bereformedwiththe combinationofprofessionalismandhuman- ity in order to cultivate their vocational personality. The important way to achieve this goal is to change idea, innovate management and optimize incentive to vocationalize the teaching staff of the ideologicalandpoliticaltheorycourseinhighervocational education.
