组合高墩大跨连续刚构桥箱梁日照温度场观测与效应分析 被引量:11

摘要 基于四川荥经县钢管混凝土高墩大跨连续刚构桥(腊八斤特大桥)箱梁温度场连续观测结果,研究混凝土箱梁温度场随时间变化的规律,利用数理统计方法,拟合日照升温模式下箱梁截面的温度梯度,研究结果表明:沿梁高竖直方向温差呈现指数函数变化。目前,各国规范关于混凝土箱梁温差取值规定不尽一致,利用空间有限元程序计算,对比分析钢管混凝土高墩大跨连续刚构桥混凝土箱梁受各国不同温差作用下的内力与应力,研究结果表明温度梯度对组合高墩大跨连续刚构桥的内力有着不可忽视的影响。依据本桥箱梁温度观测数据提出的温差计算模式,可作为计算四川雅安地区桥梁工程日照温差效应时的参考。 Based continuous observation of temperature field for Sichuan Yingjing County of concrete - filled steel tube continuous and rigid frame bridge( Labajin Bridge), the temperature distribution of concrete box girders was investigated to derive the change law as time goes by. Mathematical statistical methods were used to study the temperature gradient of the sunshine mode, The results show that the vertical temperature difference along the height of the box girders changes with exponential function. Current inter national norms on the concrete box girder temperature load was different in each county. Using the space finite element program, comparative analysis of internal forces and stress of concrete - filled steel tube continuous and rigid frame bridge was conducted under the load of the different temperature utilized in different countries. The results proposed show that the temperature gradient of the internal forces on bridge has non - ignorab difference based on observation data of the bridge, can provide temperature difference on bridge engineering in sichuan Ya'an. le effect.
