The Chinese Context,Cultural Background and Theory Innovation of Practice-oriented Management Research

2013′"中国·实践·管理"论坛以"挑战·创新·突破"为主题,进一步深入探讨直面中国实践的管理研究。论坛的主题发言、圆桌对话和提交论文突出体现了深刻认识中国管理情境、中国管理实践中的科学问题及理论创新、中国管理实践研究创新三大主题方向。

Based on the achievement of the past three forums, the＂2013 China , Practice and Management Forum＂ further focused on Chinese managerial practices with the theme of ＂Challenge, innovation and break- through＂. The keynote speeches, round-table talks and presented papers highlighted the following three sub- jects and directions： deeply understanding Chinese management context; exploiting the scientific issues of Chi- nese culture and managerial practices in order to enrich the theoretical innovation of China-based managerial practices; and innovating the research of Chinese managerial practices.
