厚朴四君子汤颗粒剂中有效成份提取物的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

Study on fingerprint of effective components of Magnolia officinalis with high performance liquid extract of Magnolia Officinalis Cortex Four Gentlemen Decoction Granules in chromatography

目的建立厚朴四君子汤颗粒剂中有效成份提取物指纹图谱标准及指纹对照品,为厚朴四君子汤颗粒剂指纹图谱的检测提供依据。方法采用HPLC法建立提取物、颗粒剂指纹图谱,SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18MGⅡ色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%三氟乙酸水梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。结果建立的各HPLC指纹图谱测定条件分离良好,以指纹对照品为参比,测得厚朴四君子汤颗粒与提取物的相似度一致性良好。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱方法重复性好,可为厚朴四君子汤提取物、颗粒剂的质量控制提供依据。

Objective To establish the Magnolia Officinalis Cortex Four Gentlemen Decoction Granules of effective components in the extract of the standard fingerprint and the fingerprint reference substance,provide the basis for the testing standard of Magnolia Four Gentlemen Decoction granules fingerprint.Methods The fingerprint of extract,granule by HPLC method was established,with SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 MG column （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μ m）,Acetonitrile-0.05％ three trifluoroacetic acid water gradient,volume flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The HPLC fingerprint determination was good,to the fingerprint reference material,similarity measured Magnolia Officinalis Cortex Four Decoction Granule and Extract of four noble particles and extract had good consistency.Conclusion The method of HPLC the fingerprint repeatability,provides the basis for the quality of Magnolia Officinalis Cortex Four Gentlemen Decoction Extract,Granule control.
