摘要
目的 探讨毛细支气管炎患儿免疫功能及血锌水平变化,为治疗提供依据.方法 选择2011年10月～2012年12月在开封市第二人民医院儿科住院的毛细支气管炎患儿40例作为观察组,选择同期门诊健康体检的健康儿童40例作为对照组.观察并检测两组儿童免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群及血锌水平.结果 观察组患儿血锌水平[（51.60± 11.06） μmol/L]明显低于对照组[（65.41±10.24）μmol/L],差异有高度统计学意义（P＜ 0.01）;观察组患儿IgG、IgA、C3、C4、CD8＋水平[（6.06±1.72）g/L、（0.46±0.14）g/L、（0.76±0.31）g/L、（0.87±0.19）g/L、（23.48±4.01）％]均低于对照组[（8.19±1.34）g/L、（0.76±0.20）g/L、（1.02±0.26）g/L、（1.08±0.23）g/L、（25.34±3.91）％],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）;观察组患儿CD4＋水平、CD4＋/CD8＋比值[（40.78±6.51）％、（1.77±0.32）],均高于对照组[（37.62±5.41）％、（1.51±0.24）],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）.结论 毛细支气管炎患儿血锌水平较健康儿童降低,而且存在体液免疫及细胞免疫功能紊乱.
Objective To investigate the changes of immune function and blood zinc levels in children with bronchiolitis,provide the basis for the treatment.Methods 40 Children with bronchiolitis from October 2011 to December 2012 in the Pediatrics Department of Second People＇s Hospital of Kaifeng City were as observation group and 40 healthy children with physical check-ups in the same period were as control group.Serum immunoglobulin and T-Lymphocyte subsets and blood zinc levels were detected and observed.Results Blood zinc levels of observation group [（51.60± 11.06）μmol/L] was lower than that in the control group [（65.41±10.24）μmol/L],the difference was high statistically significant （P ＜ 0.01）; level of IgG,IgA,C3,C4 and CD8 ＋ in observation group [（6.06±1.72）g/L,（0.46±0.14）g/L,（0.76±0.31）g/L,（0.87±0.19） g/L,（23.48±4.01）％] were lower than those in the control group [（8.19±1.34）g/L,（0.76±0.20）g/L,（1.02±0.26）g/L,（1.08±0.23）g/L,（25.34±3.91）％],the differences were statistically significant （all P ＜ 0.05）.The percentage of CD4＋ cells and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ in observation group [（40.78±6.51）％,（1.77±0.32）] were higher than those in the control group [（37.62±5.41）％,（1.51±0.24）],the differences were statistically significant （all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Levels of blood zinc in children with bronchiolitis is lower than that in healthy children,and there have humoral and cellular immune dvsfunction.
