长白山区野生北五味子藤皮挥发油成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对长白山区野生北五味子藤皮挥发油成分进行分析研究。方法采用超声波提取法提取长白山区野生北五味子藤皮中的挥发性成分,气相色谱毛细管柱色谱法进行分离,质谱检测器进行分析,峰面积归一化法确定其相对含量,气相色谱-质谱联用技术辅助人工检索鉴定其化学成分。结果从长白山区野生北五味子藤皮的挥发油中分离鉴定出153种化学成分,主要成分有异硫氰酸甲酯(2.016%),3-亚甲基-6-(1-甲基乙基)环己烯(2.280%),β-蒎烯(11.063%),月桂烯(2.298%),3-蒈烯(1.311%),右旋萜二烯(5.423%),α-蒎烯(1.966%),β-榄香烯(1.000%),铃兰醛(1.167%),2-十三烷酮(1.583%),石竹烯(4.860%),反式-橙花叔醇(9.159%),表双环倍半水芹烯(3.885%),上述13种成分含量占总含量的48.012%。结论长白山区野生北五味子藤皮挥发性成分较复杂,含有丰富的倍半萜类成分。 Objective To analyze the volatile oil constituent in vine bark of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.Methods The volatile components were extracted by ultrasonic extraction,analyzed by capillary GC.The relative content of chemical components was calculated by peak area normalization method,the chemical components were identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Results One hundred and fifty three components were identified,the main identified chemical components account for 48.012% of the total volatile components,including Methane,isothiocyanato-(2.016%),β-Phellandrene (2.280%),β-Pinene (11.063%),Myrcene (2.298%),3-Carene (1.311%),D-Limonene (5.423%),Copaene (1.966%),Cyclohexane,1-ethenyl-1-methyl-2,4-bis (1-methylethenyl)-,[1S-(1.alpha.,2.beta.,4.beta.)]-(1.000%),Lilial (1.167%),2-Tridecanone(1.583%),Naphthalene,1,2,3,5,6,8a-hexahydro-4,7-dimethyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-,(1S-cis)-(4.860%),1,6,10-Dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,1 1-trimethyl-,(E)-(9.159 %),(+)-Epi-bicy-closesquiphellandrene (3.885%).Conclusion The main chemical components in vine bark of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.were very complicated,containing many sesquiterpene ingredients.
