摘要
目的观察康复1号提取物对小鼠成骨细胞MC3T3-E1细胞增殖的影响。方法将稀释成不同梯度浓度的康复1号提取物和成骨样细胞MC3T3-E1共同体外培养,采用MTT法检测细胞的增殖。结果康复1号提取物低浓度组(1:2000)对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖无影响(P>0.05);中浓度组(1:1000)对细胞增殖影响明显,增殖率48.1%(P<0.05);高浓度组(1:250)增殖率68.1%(P<0.01)。结论体外实验表明,康复1号能明显促进小鼠MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation No.1 herb extracts on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells. Methods Osteoblast-like MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured in vitro with different concentrations of herb extracts of rehabilitation No.1. Cell proliferation was detected by using MTT method. Results Low concentration group（1：2000） of the rehabilitation No.1 herb extract had no effect on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells; the proliferation rate was 48.1% in middle concentration group （1：1000）（P＆lt;0.05）; and the proliferation rate of high concentration group （1：250） was 68.1%（P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Rrehabilitation No.1 herb extracts can promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells in vitro.
