界定重装备公路运力相关概念,分析我军重装备公路运力发展现状和存在的主要问题,从完善落实配套保障、重点抓好驾驶员训练培养、不断提高运力规范化和实战化运用水平、充分发挥民用运力资源保障能力等方面提出加强重装备公路运力建设运用的对策。

This paper defines the conception of heavy equipment highway transportation force, analyzes actualities and problems of transportation force development. And then, it puts forward some countermeasures about heavy equipment transportation force from driver training, force application, civil force resources mobilization and so on .
