摘要 在内燃机高原环境性能模拟试验台上,对CA6DL电控柴油机进行不同海拔高度(大气压力)的模拟试验,分析大气压力变化对电控柴油机性能的影响。结果表明:海拔3000113以下,柴油机的动力性和经济性随海拔升高基本保持不变;海拔5500rn与0m相比,标定转速(2100r/min)下,进气量和进气压力分别下降26.7%和33.3%;低转速时,有效功率下降42.1%~62。4%,燃油消耗率增加13.5%~18.6%;中高转速时,有效功率下降不超过20%,燃油消耗率增加在6%以内。 The performance of CA6DL electronic diesel engines at different high altitudes was studied on the engine test bed for simulating high altitude (low air pressure). The effects of altitude on engine performance of power and fuel consumption were analyzed in detail. The experimental results show that, at an altitude of 3 000 m, the rated power capability and the specific fuel consumption remain unchanged basically. Compared the performance at altitude of 5 500 m with that at 0 m, at rated speed, air mass flow and intake pressure decrease by 26.7% and 33.3% respectively;Engine power decreases by 42.1% -62.4% , and specific fuel consumption increases by 13.5% -18.6% at lower engine speed; At medium and higher engine speed, engine power decreases no more than 20% , and specific fuel consumption increases beyond 6%.
