军地一体化物流模式下应急物资需求研究

Study on Emergency Supplies Demand Under Military-Civilian Integrated Logistics Mode

为优化应急物资调运的组织协调工作,在物流场理论及双中心连续应急物资需求模型的基础上,提出军地一体化物流模式下应急物资需求的动态模型。结合物流场及连续性方程理论,系统分析应急区域内外物资供需、内部分配问题以及区域中物流量的动态变化情况。

The dynamic model of emergency rescue of military-civilian emergency logistics integration can be obtained by extending the basic model of the logistics field theory and model of demand for continuous emergency supplies with dual logistics center, and thus contribute to improving the emergency supplies capability. Supply and demand of emergency supplies outside the region, as well as the distribution of the internal area and the dynamic changes in the logistics capacity, is systematically analyzed, combined with the logistics field and the continuity equation theory.
