农村养猪分散户废水处理及其消化液资源化 被引量:7

DISPERSED HOUSEHOLDS PIGGERY WASTEWATER TREATMENT IN RURAL AREAS AND ITS DIGESTIVE JUICES RESOURCE UTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY

摘要 基于污染物源分离技术,结合"生物-生态耦合"理念,提出符合农村分散式养猪废水的处理技术方案。倡导干清粪方式,废水采用厌氧池和二级氧化塘工艺联合处理;同时探讨厌氧消化液作为制备生物絮凝剂的替代培养原料的可行性。实验结果表明:1)采用干清粪工艺的养猪废水的主要污染物指标COD、NH+4-N、TN和TP经"厌氧+兼性塘+好氧塘"工艺处理后,出水达GB 18596—2001《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》。2)以消化液为主要培养基质,外加蔗糖2.0 g/L,K2HPO41.6 g/L,KH2PO40.8 g/L为发酵基质时,产絮菌群B-737发酵24 h,可达1.5 g/L,微生物絮凝剂的培养基成本降低80%左右。 Dispersed households piggery wastewater treatment in rural areas and its digestive juices resources technology was proposed based on the pollutant source separation technique and combined with the concept of biological-ecological. Advocated the dry desludging way, the wastewater treatment adopted the anaerobic tank and two oxidation ponds. Moreover, It was discussed the feasibility of anaerobic digestive juices as the replace materials to prepare the bioflocculant. The experimental results showed that: 1 ) The pollutant index COD, NH4+ -N, TN and TP in effluent by anaerobic + facultative pond + aerobic pond could meet the "Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry Standards for Discharge of Water Pollutants" (GB 18596-- 2001). 2) When the digestive juices was the main culture medium, and added sucrose 2.0 g/L, K2HPO4 1.6 g/L, and KH2PO4 0. 8 g/L, the floc amount of 1.5 g/L of bioflocculant-produced bacteria of B-737 was achieved under their fermentation for 24h, and the production cost was reduced about 80%.
