摘要
膜片是航空传动系统的关键部件,其功能为传递转矩和弹性减振,具有无噪声和不需润滑的优点。本文重点论述了膜片的工艺性以及技术难点,通过对比分析2种典型的工艺方案,制定出了合理可行的工艺路线。在膜片试制后,通过验证膜片的实际加工效果,改进模具的设计结构和加工方案,总结精密冲裁模具的设计和膜片的加工经验,使精密冲裁工艺在膜片上成功运用,进而实现了提高生产效率和降低成本的目的。
Diaphragm is a key component of air transmission, which can transmit torque, achieve the elastic damping. It's advantages are that the diaphragm is free of noise and no need of lubrication. The paper focused on the process of the diaphragm as well as technical difficulties, through the comparative analysis of two typical processes, a reasonable and feasi ble process route was developed. After the trial of the diaphragm, mold design structure and processing solutions were improved by verifying actual processing effects of the diaphragm. In addition, fine blanking mold design and experience of processing diaphragm were summarized. Therefore, fine blanking technology can be successfully applied on the diaphragm, thus improve production efficiency and reducing costs.
