摘要
介绍了某重点型号项目TA15钛合金整体框等温锻件的研制情况,对锻件设计、模具制造、锻坯和锻造工艺等研制过程进行了概述,重点对锻件的锻造工艺特点及存在的问题进行了分析、研究和总结,并对存在的问题给出了解决方法。该项目使用8000t液压机,采用等温锻造技术,在国内首次试制生产出主体加工余量仅为4~5mm,外形尺寸达1570mm×500mm×80mm的大尺寸模锻件,并突破了传统模锻造生产中锻坯的制作工艺方法,为今后大型锻件的生产开辟了新的思路。
Introduced the researching situation of a Key Type project of equal temperature die forging of TA15 Titanium alloy, briefly presented researching procedure like forging design, die manufacture, forging stock, and forging process, mainly focused on analysis, research , and conclusion forging process characteristics and existing problems of forging pieces, and gave the solution aimed at the problems. The project used 8 000 t hydraulic machine and took equal tempe'rature forging technology, produced big scale die forging piece of working allowance of main body only 4-5 mm and overall sizes reaching 1 570 mm× 1 500 mm× 80 mm, which was the first time trail production at home, and broke through the traditional manufacturing way of die forging production. The results provided new way for big scale forging production.
