摘要
以尺寸链基础理论为依据,以SolidWorks和TM软件为工具,介绍了尺寸链分析在高压真空断路器(以下简称断路器)中的应用。提出了功能条件、功能尺寸及尺寸敏感度等概念,介绍了在Solidworks中构建非线性尺寸链,并用TM软件分析非线性尺寸链的方法。
Based on the basis of the theory of dimension chain, with SolidWorks and Tolerance Manager （TM） software, introduced the application of the dimension chain analysis in high voltage vacuum circuit breaker. Presented the function condition, function size and the sensitivity of the concept and introduced the construction of nonlinear dimension chain in SolidWorks and analyzing method of nonlinear dimension chain with TM software.
