非石棉橡胶垫片受工作介质压力影响的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于垫片的密封失效引起的泄漏越来越受到各国的重视,任何小小的泄漏都有可能引起不可挽回的重大损失;但是,完全不泄漏是不可能的,因此,有必要研究引起泄漏的各种因素,并对其加以控制,最大限度地减少泄漏。以试验方法对非石棉橡胶垫片受工作介质压力的影响进行了研究,并使用MATLAB软件进行了拟合分析,运用三维有限元分析软件ANSYS,对非石棉橡胶垫片建立三维有限元模型,通过施加工作介质压力,分析了垫片的应力变化。研究结果表明,工作介质压力与泄漏率成正比,在条件允许的情况下,降低工作介质压力可以有效地防止泄漏。 Due to the gasket leakage are getting more and more attention in each country, a huge loss may caused by a small leakage, but no leak is impossible, iIn order to minimize the leakage as much as possible, it is necessary to research the reasons which lead to the leakage and control them. studied the effects of the working medium pressure on non asbestos rubber gasket by experimental analysis, then, used the MATLAB for fitting analysis, in addition, created the three-dimensional finite element model of non-asbestos rubber gasket's the parameters by ANSYS, finally, analyzed the gasket stress variation by applying the working medium pressure. The results indicated that the working medium pressure is in proportion to the leakage rate. In the permit conditions, reducing the working medium pressure can effectively prevent leakage.
