基本装药铜座与保护帽脱落故障分析及工艺改进

摘要 常规弹药是现代战争中不可缺少的武器装备之一,随着国际形势的不断变化和国内外市场的接轨,常规弹药的研制与生产不断创新且更新换代,对弹药的使用安全性及毁伤性要求越来越严格。本文以案例为切入点,分别从理论与实际工艺操作中,分析了基本装药铜座与保护帽脱落的原因,提出了改进措施,通过各种验证试验,有效地消除了基本装药铜座与保护帽脱落带来的安全技术隐患;同时,为对发射装药类产品的研制与工艺设计提供了基础数据。 Conventional ammunition is one of the indispensable weaponry in modem warfare. With the changing international situation, integrating with world & civil market, and continuous innovation and upgrading on development and production of conventional ammunition, the requirements of ammunition safety and damage have been becoming stricter and stricter. The paper took cases as the breakthrough point, analyzed dropped reasons about copper seat and protective cap of the base charge in theoretical and practical process operation, then put forward improvement measures. Through various verification tests, effectively eliminated potential safety hazard which is probably caused by dropped copper seat and protective cap of the base charge. Meanwhile, it also provided technical basis for development and process design of propellant charge.
