胫骨平台后髁骨折的CT分型与临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察根据CT分型应用适宜方法治疗胫骨平台后髁骨折的应用效果.方法:共收治胫骨平台后髁骨折12例,CT分型Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型1例,Ⅳ型5例,V型3例.根据分型分别采用不同手术入路行手术治疗.结果:术后12例患者均达到解剖复位,膝关节屈曲95°~140°,中位数123.4°,伸直0°~7°,中位数3.4°.膝关节Hss评分82 ~100分,中位数94.8分,效果满意.结论:胫骨平台后髁骨折根据CT分型指导临床治疗,骨折复位好,功能恢复满意.
