胫骨平台后髁骨折的CT分型与临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的：观察根据CT分型应用适宜方法治疗胫骨平台后髁骨折的应用效果.方法：共收治胫骨平台后髁骨折12例,CT分型Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型1例,Ⅳ型5例,V型3例.根据分型分别采用不同手术入路行手术治疗.结果：术后12例患者均达到解剖复位,膝关节屈曲95°～140°,中位数123.4°,伸直0°～7°,中位数3.4°.膝关节Hss评分82 ～100分,中位数94.8分,效果满意.结论：胫骨平台后髁骨折根据CT分型指导临床治疗,骨折复位好,功能恢复满意.
