微创空心钉内固定关节囊切开减压配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折的临床观察 被引量：15

摘要 目的：探讨微创空心钉内固定关节囊切开减压术配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效.方法：采用骨折复位空心钉内固定关节囊切开减压术配合中药治疗32例股骨颈骨折,对其疗效进行随访观察.结果：随访12 ～36个月.按《中医病证诊断疗效标准》评定,治愈18例,好转13例,未愈1例,优良率93.8％,效果满意.结论：关节囊切开减压早期配合中药活血化瘀能有效降低股骨头缺血性坏死的发生率,提高治疗效果.
