北方农牧交错带社会经济与生态环境耦合协调分析

Coupled Coordination Analysis of North Ecotone Socio- economic and Ecological Environment in North Ecotone

我国北方农牧交错带生态环境脆弱,贫困与环境恶化形势不断加剧。基于社会经济子系统和生态环境子系统,选取16项指标构建了社会经济发展与生态环境协调发展水平评价指标体系,通过层次分析—熵值组合赋权法和耦合协调度模型,截取2001年、2006年、2011年三个时间断面,对北方农牧交错带26个地级市社会经济与生态环境的耦合协调情况进行了实证分析。结果发现:①北方农牧交错带社会经济系统与生态环境系统的耦合协调度略有增加,但整体水平较低;②大部分低度协调类地区逐步向中度协调类地区转变,高度协调类地区数量增幅小,区域差异逐步缩小。

The ecological environment of northern ecotone was weak, poverty and environmental degradation situation became more and more serious. Based on socio- economic and ecological environment subsystem, this paper selected 16 indicators to build a harmonious development of the ecological environment evaluation index system level. Empirical analysis of the northern ecotone 26 prefecture - level cities of socio - economic and e- cological environment coupled coordination was made by using the analytic hierarchy process - entropy combination weighting method, coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model and intercepting 2001,2006,2011 year in three sections. The results showed that： （D Overall, the northern ecotone socio - economic systems and ecological environment system coupling coordination degree increased slightly, but the overall level was low. （~） Most progressive areas of low turned to moderate coordination class, highly coordinated growth in the number of smaller area regional differ- ences gradually was narrow.
