摘要
根据云南省16个市州的相关数据,利用灰色系统理论对云南省各市州的R&D强度与产业空间布局进行了研究。分析了在"桥头堡"建设大背景下各市州在研发投入力度和产业结构上存在的问题,提出云南省如何在加大R&D强度的同时结合自身情况,以"桥头堡"战略的产业转移来提高研发利用效率,以期为云南省制定科学的研发政策提供实证依据。
According to the relevant data of 16 cities in Yunnan Province,using the theory of grey system in Yunnan Province cities within the states R＆D strength and industrial spatial layout, this paper carried on the detailed research, and the background was analyzed through the bridgehead construction in each city of investment and development and the existing problems in the industrial structure, put forward how to increase R＆D intensi- ty in Yunnan Province, combined with the own situation to improve R＆D efficiency at the industrial transfer of bridgehead strategy,in order to provide empirical evidence for scientific research and development policy in Yunnan Province.
