摘要
以白酒酿酒机械化为背景,在分析人工踩窖的基础上提出了一种能模拟并替代人工踩窖的新型踩窖工作装置的总体设计方案。简要阐述了行车式平移机构,机械手工具快换装置和整机旋转装置的功能和结构,阐述了踩窖工作装置的工作原理及主要参数的优化,简要分析了这种工作装置的性能和效率。
Under the background of mechanized liquor-making, a new-type pit-trampling apparatus simulating artificial pit-trampling had been in vented based on the analysis of artificial pit-trampling. In this paper, the functions and the structure of drivingstyle moving unit, iron-hand tool changer, and whole rotating device in the apparatus were introduced briefly. Besides, the operating principles of the apparatus and the optimiza tion of its main parameters were elaborated. And the performance and the efficacy of the apparatus were analyzed.
