摘要
随着数控机床在制造业的普及与发展,如何正确、迅速地处理数控机床维修故障及预防故障成为了制造业的重要课题。分别论述了数控设备的常见维修方法、数控机床强弱电元件及信号的抗干扰措施、数控机床预防维修故障的点检方法,最后得出科学地掌握使用数控机床常见维修方法、强弱电元件及信号的抗干扰措施及点检可以大幅降低数控设备故障率,维修成本及维修时间,延长设备的无故障生产时间,从而产生显著的经济效益。
With the popularization and development of CNC machine tools in the manufacturing sector, how to correctly and quickly deal with CNC machine repair failure and malfunction prevention has become an important issue in manufacturing. This paper discusses three aspects: common repair method CNC equipment, CNC machine tools, anti-jamming measures the strength of electrical components and signals, CNC machine preventive maintenance inspection method failure. The conclusion that the use of CNC machine tools of science to grasp the common repair methods, anti-jamming measures and check the signal strength of eleel^ical components and CNC equipment can significantly reduce the failure rate, maintenance costs and maintenance time, extend equipment trouble-free production time, resulting in significant economic benefits.
