摘要
航空产品对轻量化设计要求越来越高,零件的重量控制往往以克作为计量单位。盒体零件在其连接部分不仅要求轻薄,而且须有足够的连接强度。在实际加工过程中就要求内螺纹的加工深度基本与零件的厚度一致,且不能破壁、贯穿,以保证产品的气密性和电讯指标要求。针对盒体零件小螺纹孔系加工技术进行了研究,确保了螺纹孔系深度的一致性。
The weight of aviation part mostly be controled with gram as measure unit, to meet the requirement of light weight design. In the pontes of box, it must be light and thin, and also have enough strength. In fact, the depth of thread as long as the part depth, but the thread can't penetrate the box, in order to reassurance the box' telecommunication index target and air tightness. By researching the thread tapping process technology, the consistency of box' threads is ensured.
