摘要
针对储压式抑爆装置中快开阀的阀芯压力变化进行了研究,通过压力试验测试,并根据阀芯在爆炸时的拉伸变形中分析产气剂燃烧驱动性能和阀芯受力变化的理论计算,得到了产气剂使用量和阀芯受力间变化关系,通过试验得到了拉断阀芯需要的最大爆炸压力和所需产气剂的理论用量。
In this paper, it is researched the valve pressure explosion suppression devices. According to core during the explosion, this paper analyzed the core pressure changes of the quick-opening valve in reservoir the pressure test, and through the tensile deformation of the valve theoretical calculation method of the drive performance of the combustion gas agent and the pressure changes of the valve core. And then we got the relationships between the usage amount of gassing agent and the pressure changes of the valve core. At last, this paper obtained the maximum explosion pressure and the theoretical amount of gas agent which are needed to pull off the valve core by experiment.
