摘要
针对定位装置调整机构的设计缺陷,对其原有设计方案进行了改进,将组焊改为整体加工,并在改进后进行了样件试制。结果表明,通过对调整装置的设计改进,不仅简化了制造工艺,同时提高了产品的质量和生产效率。
For design flaws in the adjusting mechanism of the positioning device, the design scheme is improved that the welding is changed into the integral processing. After improved the sample piece has been trial-manufactured. The result shows that through improving the design of the adjusting mechanism, not only simplifies the manufacturing process, but improves the product quality and production efficiency.
