摘要
通过对国产某品牌微车变速器在设计验证的路试过程中出现三档挂档异响故障的分析,发现并解决同步环的设计缺陷,从而提高变速器的性能。
This paper aims to analyze XX mini car transmission third gear engaging noise problem found during road test, to detect and solve design defect of synchronizing ring, thus to improve transmission performance.
