摘要
项目管理是一种较先进的管理方法和思想,具有诸多的优点和很强的可操作性,各企业都在一定程度上进行推广实践,并取得了较好的成效。总结了产品研发项目管理的主要内容与要求,并在分析工程机械新产品研发流程及其控制的基础上,归纳了新产品研发项目管理的关键控制点,并提出了在新形势下,产品研发项目管理思维转变的必要性及其方向。
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. It is strongly practicable with many advantages. In this paper,the major contents and general requirements of product R＆D project management are summarized. Based on the analysis of the new product R＆D process and quality control of construction machinery, its critical control points are discussed. The necessary change of product R＆D project management thoughts is proposed, and give some advices for it.
