摘要
任何机器都会产生振动,为了方便对主轴组件故障的诊断,可以采用频谱方法对机床主轴组件进行分析,查找出故障点,为设备的维修提供依据。这种方法即可以节约故障诊断维修时间,又可以节约维修成本。
Every running machine will generate vibration, and the vibration will be passed to the other accessories through some certain ways; so when one mechanical system is under normal running, the vibration in the system will have a certain frequency spectrum. Once some accessories in the system have faults, the vibration will also change, and the new vibration will generate. This will intensify the original vibration.
