摘要
60年来中国教育事业发展的进程,就是教育体制不断改革创新的进程。中国教育的继续发展离不开教育体制的改革,如果囿于现有体制,那么中国教育体制改革之路必然艰难。但是可以从地方入手,以地方教育立法为主进行教育体制的创新改革,地方可以先行从教育资源的成本分摊机制、教育资源的分配享用机制、教育资源的组织管理机制等几个方面进行创新立法和机制创新以推动教育事业的发展。
The development of Chinese education in the 60 years is the innovation process of education system. The continuous development of Chinese education is related to the reform of education system reform. Because of the current political system, the reform of education system is still difficult. But the local authority can conduct the innovation reform based on the education legislation. Local government may begin with the cost sharing, allocation and management mechanism of education resources so as to create the innovation of legislation and mechanism and promote the development of education.
