论高等教育大众化后地方普通高校德育的挑战及对策

Challenges for Ideological Education in Local Colleges and Universities after the Popularization of Higher Education and Their Countermeasures

高等教育大众化后,生源素质下降、教师年轻化、师生关系淡薄、收费制度和就业压力等突出问题,以及多元价值观的冲突和新媒体技术的快速发展都给地方普通高校德育带来巨大挑战。地方普通高校德育迫切需要转化德育模式,构建主体性的德育观、生活化的德育理念、间接式德育方法,充分利用新媒体技术开展德育工作。

After the popularization of higher education, there are some predominant problems existing in the local colleges and universities, such as the decline of students inner quality, younger staff, the indifferent relationship between teachers and students, the pressure from high tuition and getting employment, and great challenges for the ideological education in local colleges because of the conflicts from multi - dimen- sional values and the rapid grewth of new media technology. Local colleges and universities should urgently change their ideological education medel,construct an indirect ideological education model concerning students＇ subjectivity and closely-related to students＇ life. Furthermore, they should make full use of new media technology to educate students.
