摘要 目的:探讨白介素-23(IL-23)/白介素-17(IL-17)通路与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在扁平苔藓皮损中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测IL-23、IL-17和MMP-9在20例扁平苔藓皮损和20例正常人皮肤组织中的表达情况。结果:扁平苔藓组IL-23、IL-17和MMP-9的表达均明显高于健康对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。扁平苔藓组IL-23与IL-17的表达呈正相关(P<0.01);扁平苔藓组IL-23、IL-17与MMP-9的表达均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:IL-23/IL-17通路的过度激活和MMP-9的高表达可能参与了扁平苔藓的发病。 Objective:To explore the expressions of interleukin-23(IL-23)/interleukin-17(IL-17)access and matrixmetalloproteinase-9 in lichen planus lesions and their significance. Method:The expressions of IL-23,IL-17 and MMP-9 were performed by immunohistochemical method using streptavidin-peroxidase in 20 LP lesions and 20 normal skins. Result:The expressions of IL-23,IL-17 and MMP-9 in lichen planus lesions were significantly higher than those in normal skins(P〈0.01). In LP lesions,the expressions of IL-23 were positively correlated with the expressions of IL-17(P〈0.01);the expressions of IL-23 and IL-17 were positively correlated with the expressions of MMP-9(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The high expressions of IL-23/IL-17 access and MMP-9 may contribute to the pathogenesis of lichen planus.
