舒芬太尼与芬太尼对老年全麻诱导气管插管循环功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨舒芬太尼与芬太尼对老年患者全身麻醉诱导气管插管循环功能的影响。方法:选取2010年1月-2013年1月本院收治的全身麻醉气管插管下完成手术的80例老年患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予舒芬太尼0.3~0.6μg/kg,对照组给予芬太尼3~6μg/kg,观察比较两组患者的心率、平均动脉压变化以及发生高血压、低血压、心动过缓及心动过速情况。结果:观察组诱导时和插管后5 min其心率均明显快于对照组(P〈0.05),插管时心率明显慢于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组诱导时和插管后5 min其平均动脉压均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),插管时平均动脉压明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组中高血压、低血压、心动过缓及心动过速的发生率均明显少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼应用于老年患者全麻气管插管诱导,心率和平均动脉压几乎无变化,循环功能稳定,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the effect of anesthesia intubation circulatory in elderly with sufentanil and fentanyl.Method:80 cases of elderly who completed surgery under general anesthesia endotracheal intubation in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given sufentanil 0.3-0.6 μg/kg,the control group was given fentanyl 3-6μg/kg,the heart rate,mean arterial blood pressure and hypertension,hypotension,bradycardia and tachycardia heartbeat beckoning situation of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The heart rate of observation group after induction and intubation 5 min were faster than the control group(P〈0.05),heart rate during intubation was significantly slower than the control group(P〈0.05),the mean arterial pressure of observation group after induction and intubation 5min were higher than the control group(P〈0.05),mean arterial blood pressure during intubation was higher than control group(P〈0.05),the hypertension,hypotension,bradycardia and tachycardia rate of observation group were less than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Sufentanil for elderly patients to induce anesthesia endotracheal intubation has almost no change with heart rate and mean arterial pressure,the circulation is stable,so it is worthy of promotion.
