专科健康教育延伸护理在高血压综合健康治疗中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Special Health Education Extend Nursing on the Comprehensive Health Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨专科健康教育延伸护理在高血压综合健康治疗中的效果分析。方法:将本院2011年11月-2013年11月收治的100例高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,均于住院期间给予本科的常规护理及专科护理,观察组在此基础上于患者出院后实施专科健康教育延伸护理,分析干预前、6个月后的血压控制情况及服药依从性,比较两组干预后高血压知识知晓率及遵医行为。结果:观察组干预后的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05),血压控制率高于对照组(70.0%vs 48.0%,P<0.05),观察组服药依从性为"佳"的42例,高于对照组的33例(P<0.05);观察组干预后的遵医行为率和高血压知识知晓率分别为86.0%和92.0%,均高于对照组的68.0%和76.0%(P<0.05)。结论:专科健康教育延伸护理在高血压综合健康治疗中的效果较好,不仅有较好的血压控制效果,而且可提高服药依从性和高血压知识知晓率,可在高血压患者护理中进行推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of special health education extend nursing on the comprehensive health treatment of hypertension.Method：100 cases with hypertension admitted by our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=50）. All patients were given routine and special care,and only the observation group received special health education extend nursing after discharge additionally. The diastolic and systolic blood pressure and medication compliance were investigated before and after intervention. Meanwhile, the awareness of hypertension knowledge and compliance behavior after intervention were also analyzed between both groups. Result：The blood pressures after intervention of observation group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. The blood pressure control rate was higherin observation group versus control group（70.0%vs 48.0%,P〈0.05）. There were 42 and 33 cases with good medication compliance in observation group and control group with significant difference. The observation group’s compliance behavior and hypertension awareness rates were 86.0% and 92.0%,higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of special health education extend nursing on the comprehensive health treatment of hypertension is better.
