左房环肺静脉消融术治疗阵发性房颤对自主神经的影响

摘要 近年来,大量的动物试验和临床数据表明,自主神经系统在房颤的触发和维持中发挥了关键性的作用[1~5]。本研究通过比较行环肺静脉射频消融的阵发性房颤患者早期复发与未复发患者的心率变异的关系,探讨自主神经在房颤射频消融早期复发中的作用。
