摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathies, DPN)是糖尿病常见并发症之一,患病率高达60%~90%,其临床常表现为感觉障碍、感觉过敏、肢体疼痛,重者感觉减退甚至消失,是糖尿病足发生的重要原因之一,甚至会发生足溃疡、坏死甚或截肢,甚至致残、死亡[1~3]。有研究[4]认为氧化应激反应贯穿于糖基化终末产物(AGEs)形成、多元醇代谢、蛋白激酶C(PKC)途径激活、己糖胺通路和微血管病变等不同假说之中,认为DPN 的发生与进展是细胞氧化应激导致多个代谢途径受损的最终结果。其中线粒体与细胞内氧化应激和生化途径受损起关键作用[5]。目前有大量临床和实验研究显示,8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso- PGF2α)可作为评价体内脂质过氧化敏感的生物学标志[6]。成为DPN病情进展的监测指标。
