摘要
基于摩擦学和流体动力润滑理论,对浮环轴承的偏心率及动态特性进行了研究。以浮环转速比为切入点推导出了浮环轴承润滑过程中偏心率与结构参数的变化关系,探讨了浮环轴承的动态特性与间隙比、浮环内外半径比的变化规律。结果表明,间隙比或浮环内外半径比的增加都将使浮环轴承总阻尼减小;而总刚度的绝对值随间隙比的增加而增大,随半径比的增加而减小。
The eccentricity and dynamic characteristics of floating ring bearings are studied based on the theory of hydro-dynamic lubrication and tribology.The speed ratio of floating ring is taken as the starting point,the variation relation-ship is derived between the eccentricity and structural parameters in the lubricating process of floating ring bearings. The variation rule is explored between the dynamic characteristics of the floating ring bearings and clearance ratio and the ratio of inner and outer radius.The results show that the increase of the clearance ratio or inner and outer radius ra-tio of floating ring will cause the total primary damp of floating ring bearings decreases;the absolute value of total pri-mary stiffness increases when clearance ratio increases,but it will decrease when radius ratio increases.
