研究陀螺电机轴承延寿技术,重点对保持架材料和尺寸进行改进。经前期跑合和用户装机寿命考核试验验证保持架材料的长期稳定性和尺寸的合理性,证明改进方案成功可行。
The prolonging life technology is researched for gyroscope motor bearings,and the material and dimension for cages are improved.The long term stability of material and the rationality of dimension are verified with run-in and users'life assessment test.The improvement program is proved to be successful and feasible.
