摘要
现代项目呈现出明显的复杂化趋势,高度不确定性及内外部因素间紧密的连锁耦合关系使得复杂项目危机频繁发生,在阐述复杂项目危机特点的基础上,从内外部因素着手分析复杂项目危机形成机制。针对传统项目管理模式在应对复杂项目危机上的局限性,基于新兴网格技术在实现复杂项目危机预警上的优势,构建了包括资源层、系统中间件层、应用服务层、网格门户层的复杂项目危机预警网格系统架构,阐述了各个层次的主要功能,并提出了各组件的实现策略。基于网格的复杂项目危机预警系统,为实现复杂项目危机及时预警提供了一条新的途径。
Modern project shows a clear trend of becoming complex. High uncertainty and tight coupling of internal and external factors make complex project crises occur frequently. After explaining the characteristics of complex project crisis, the paper analyzes the forma-tion mechanism of complex project crsis from the perspectives of internal and external factors. To make up for deficiencies of traditional project management methods, it then designs a complex project crisis early warning grid system to utilize the advantage of emerging grid in such systems. The proposed system is composed of resource layer, middleware layer, application service layer and portal layer. The main functions of each layer are described, and the implementation strategy of the system is proposed. The proposed crisis early warning system based on grid provides a new way to timely warning of complex project crisis.
