摘要
借鉴Insync Surveys评价工具,结合公共图书馆特性,构建了6个维度25个指标的公共图书馆服务质量评价模型。以国内8家公共图书馆为调研对象,在验证调研数据及评价模型有效性的基础上,采用Insync Surveys的关注度/满意度测评工具从用户角度评价公共图书馆服务质量,找出服务工作的重心和急需改进服务项目,为深入研究公共图书馆服务质量影响因素、探索公共图书馆服务质量提升策略提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Reference the Insync Surveys evaluation tools, combining with the characteristics of public library,then construct the public li-brary service quality evaluation model with six dimensions and twenty-five indicators. Put eight domestic public libraries as the research object, after researching data and verifying effectiveness of the evaluation model, use Insync Surveys' attention / satisfaction measurement tool to evaluate public library service quality, identify service focus and items which need to be improved. Such conclusions could provide a certain reference and experience for further exploring on public library service quality influencing factors and improved strategies.
