摘要
用户体验是用户创新的基础,积极的用户体验为用户创新提供高价值的创新参考。以用户与CNKI新旧版本交互过程为实证对象,采用实验研究和问卷调查相结合的方法,使用SPSS对实验数据进行分析,根据数据分析结果可知:检索功能和与用户匹配度方面,整体上来说,新版的改进提高了用户的满意度,但用户对一些细节因素的满意度与旧版相差不大;帮助功能方面,新版的改进没有提高用户满意度。根据分析结果提出了CNKI版本更新中应考虑的创新源。同时,基于此提出了基于用户体验创新研究应考虑的因素。
VAs the user experience is the basis of user innovation, a positive user experience can provide innovation reference of high val-ue for user innovation. This paper uses the user's interaction process with the old and new versions of CNKI as the empirical research ob-ject, by using the methods of experiment and questionnaire survey, and applying SPSS analysis of experimental data, the results show that the retrieval function and user demand matching, on the whole, are improved in the new version and improve user satisfaction, but there is no significant improvement in user satisfaction with the new version in function like helpfulness. The innovation sources that should be considered in CNKI version updating are then identified;furthermore, factors that should be considered in innovation research based on us-er experience are put forward at last.
