摘要
目的:采用原子吸收法测定滑石粉中铅、铁、钙、铝等金属元素的含量。方法:利用原子吸收技术,采用标准曲线法进行滑石粉中金属杂质的测定。结果:所收集样品中金属杂质的含量均符合国外药典中滑石粉项下规定的限度要求。结论:该方法准确度高、重复性好,可用于滑石粉中金属杂质的含量测定,以确保滑石粉的安全使用。
Objective: To establish the method for the content determination of Iron, Lead, Calcium, Aluminium in Talcum Powder(TALC). Methods: Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine of metal elements with standard curve method. Results: The content of metal elements in samples can meet the requirements of foreign Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: The method is accuracy and repeatable for the content determination of metal elements in TALC.
