摘要
目的：评价我院抗高血压药物的应用特点及趋势.方法：对我院2010～2012年抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用等进行统计、分析.结果：抗高血压药物销售金额、用药频度逐年上升,以钙拮抗药（CCB）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药（ARB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）等为主,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药用量逐年增加.结论：我院抗高血压药物品种繁多,临床应用广泛,用药基本合理.
Objective： To investigate the feature and tendency of the application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and average daily cost etc. Results： Over the 3 years, the consumption sum and DDDs of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital were increasing,especially those of calcium antagonists（CCB）,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist（ARB）, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI）, etc. The consumption of ARB blocking agents increased year by year. Conclusion： The antihypertensive drugs are characterized by complicated categorization, wide variety, and widespread clinical application, and the use of which in our hospital is basically rational.
